Tales from the unexpected
This beautifully designed resort instantly reminded me of home with its bohemian style décor. The giant stone tub, refreshing cocktails, and fine sea views from the balcony were highlights. Breakfast was delectable, and the staff were attentive, even arranging special dinners. Conveniently located just a stroll from Fisherman's Village markets, it's a gem worth revisiting!

Great location to shops & restaurants. The room are wonderfully designed with great ocean view. The staffs are super attentive to meet your every need.
The beach is not as good as the beach in Chaweng, sands are rough and the water a bit murky for swimming. But much much less crowded than the beaches in Chaweng and the amazing pool all made up for it. However, the shower temperature fluctuate at all time make making shower a bit of pain, and the water pressure is a bit low.

Walking into the fisher mans vilage . booking the hotel car into chewang for some shopping or a night out. Walk along the beach aat sun set to any of the other hotel bars or the bars and restaurants in the village. The spa is greate tn the hotel.
First class staff will help with anything and they are genuinely lovely people, supit (the hotel manager ) was one of the most helpful people there always on hand checking everything was satisfactory. The spa, the pool and food were absolutely great. The place is right on the beach and as clost to the fisher mans village as you can get (100 yards from the village, where you will find good shopping and great restaurants and bars). The hotel will for a small fee run you in he hotel vehicles anywhere you wish and pick u up at your convenience . all in all as good as it gets!!!!!!!

Paradise excists and.... it is called Hansar. Beautiful new hotel, excellent location, great view, big covered balconies with daybed and comfy chair, large seawater pool, good sunbeds, well equipped fitness center, free WiFi, but ssshhhhh don't tell anybody or it won't be a paradise anymore when it gets crowded....Good restaurants in nearby village.
No chairs or sofa in the room, no privacy in the shower, sink is nice, but impractical, no elevator.

The hotel and staff are about 3 months old. It is in the best location on the north coast and just past the Fisherman's Village which is within easy walking distance for shopping and a variety of restaurants. The north coast is breezy and threfore you have the wind to cool you when it is too hot. The hotel is superb, the staff incredible and they all come together to make you stay memorable. We look forward to returning again soon and highly recommend The Hansar for oouples who want to have a relaxing, quiet time in a beautiful setting. We don't feel this is a suitable place for families and children.

balcony sea view, beautiful pool setting, spacious glass shower
The area behind the hotel where you park is a muddy eyesore!!! More storage options would be nice as the wardrobe barely accommodates luggage. The lighting near the sink is poor. Be wary of protruding wooden plinths that might bruise your ankles!!!

I did not want to leave, so couldn't recommend more this hotel. Everything was excellent, outstandingly accommodating staff, excellent location so close to the fisherman village boardwalk, Quick walk to Fisherman's Wharf shops and fisherman village and night markets. The breakfast was abundant and perfect, the check in was early. Free Wi-Fi was acceptable, you can use it in the rooms.
None.

Service was excellent. There was nothing they could not do for us! Very relaxing and great location right next door to the Fisherman's Village but restful all the same. H Bistro is an undiscovered pearl with beautiful creative cuisine and stunning views of the ocean.

great views but needs updates
The infinity pool offers fine views and creates a relaxing ambiance in the evenings. The spacious sea view room provided a comfortable retreat. The easy access to Fisherman's Village made exploring local dining a pleasure.
The condition of the mattresses in the room was disappointing.

It was an amazing spot to fall in love all over again. From the moment my husband and I arrived we were treated as treasured guests. Waking up to the sound of the ocean every morning was incredible. The staff were amazing.

Hotel was quiet which was good. Plenty of sun loungers, nice infinity pool, nice comfy bed
Majority of staff do not speak good english. If I could not speka Thai, would be quite difficult to have them understand what you need. Breakfast was very poor... not much choice and only small amounts of food on buffet. Only one running machine in gym.

Very new. Excelent location. First hotel to fisherman village. The staff excelent. Very helpful. Rooms are amazing. very big. seaview xl must try. The restaurant's food was very good. And good price. The hotel's swiming pool is the best one in area.
Very dirty sea. Sand on the beach is very hard. Do not order beachfromt room. They are very closed to the road to fisherman village. Very noisy and bad view. We try one and then changed to seaview xl room. Everything else was excelent.
